Our bylaws
The Foundation is inspired by the principles of the third sector and adopts the legal framework of a participatory Foundation, operating within the organizational model established by the italian Third Sector Code. Its registered office is located in Turin. The Foundation is a non-profit entity that pursues civic, solidarity-based and socially beneficial purposes. It achieves these goals through the exclusive or primary performance of activities of general interest as defined by law and set out in its bylaws. In this context, the Foundation promotes the active participation of its members and of all stakeholders contributing to its mission, ensuring transparency, inclusion and accountability in its governance. The Foundation acts as a platform for collaboration, innovation and the development of initiatives that generate value for the community and the territory.
